A: We will contact your media representative(s) to ensure you receive the best rate and if you prefer, we can negotiate and manage your contract, place ads on your behalf and alert you regarding your contract status.
Q: Do you need photos or logo graphics at any particular image resolution?
A: Yes, for best print quality we recommend a minimum of 200-300 dpi resolution.
Q: How do I send SPL files that are too large to send via email?
A: You can attach one file to the Budgets2Go form. For multiple files, use our multiple file upload form, http://www.satelliteprolink.com/UploadFile.php and follow the instructions provided. (Note: Password provided to active clients, upon request)
Q: For my listing on various websites, i.e. Trulia.com, Zillow.com it shows Satellite Prolink's contact information instead of mine. Why is this?
A: The accounts are setup and managed by Satellite Prolink and in most cases this provides clients a discounted rate. The website shows SPL’s contact information and all property inquiries from this source are immediately forwarded to you. If you would prefer your contact info to show, please inform the SPL team and we will assist you accordingly.

A: In most cases, yes. As listing sites require the data input prior to producing the proof. If this is an issue for you, alert the SPL team for other arrangements.
